Our classic MARLEN Racks&Tables are well known on the market since years. Truck drivers from Germany and also abroad ask after the „Original Marlen“. See also Material&Quality : this is what customers move to return to us.
The Tabletop
We stricktly use certified cottonwood material for manufacturing our Classic-Line of racks and tables. Because of the cross-grained glueing of the nature plywood we can guarrantee that the material do not warp. Contrary to inferior chipboard our natural cottonwood is without any contaminates. Therefore it is odourless and environmentally sustainable.
The Decor
The tabletops surface is made of valuable imitation lether which is used also for yachts and by the automotive industry. For our customers the durability of this material is of a particular importance.
The Edge
Different from nearly all the other products you can buy we traditionally use a spezial „T-edge“. The processing is sophistikated and asks for good craftsman skills.
The Processing
Precise, CNC-shaped parts are the base of our racks&tables. The further steps are done by hand – so to say as a backbone of our success.
The General Operating Licence
After an examination of the truck tables by a Technical Inspection Agency (reduction of the sight field, free accessibility of control elements, etc), at over 90% our tables was granted a General Operating Licence by the Federal Office for Motor Traffic. A "must have" for a smooth traffic control.
